Established in 1966, SOURCES Community Network Services is a non-profit, anti-poverty organization. Located in Celina, Ohio, SOURCES serves both Mercer and Auglaize counties. We have a mandatory Tri-Partite volunteer Board of Directors. Various programs administered through SOURCES are funded by federal, state, and local dollars.
